Effective management of IT operations involves proactive monitoring, incident management, automation and continuous optimization to ensure stability and efficiency.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Digital Solutions<\/strong>\u00a0,the training and certification company contacted us after facing issues for almost an entire year, including:<\/h2>\n<p>1. Frequent network and server outages, which affected the availability of client-facing applications.<br \/>\n2. Slow responses from the IT team when addressing incidents.<br \/>\n3. Inefficient resource usage (e.g., overloaded servers at certain times).<br \/>\n4. Security risks due to outdated systems.<\/p>\n<p>Upon assessing the situation, we detected:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.
